Roberta Piffaretti (1980) graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in law in 2005.

She worked as a trainee for another Law Firm in Lugano, before joining the Law Firm Bolla Bonzanigo & Associati in 2007. After being admitted to the Swiss Bar in winter 2008, she continued her activity at the Law Firm Bolla Bonzanigo & Associati. 

Roberta Piffaretti regularly represents clients before Swiss state courts, mainly in civil proceedings regarding property law (in particular ownership, condominium, easements), contractual law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law as well as construction law.

Roberta Piffaretti speaks Italian, German, French and English. She is registered with the Ticino Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
