We highlight the citation by the Federal Supreme Court in judgment 4D_136/2025 of 20 November 2025 of Alessandra Borella’s commentary on Art. 311 CPC, contained in the Practical Commentary on the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), 2025, which involved significant participation from our Firm, including Giovanni Molo and Maurizio Pantaleo.
